A maximum of 6 people per coach – so you get quality attention without the high price tag of 1-2-1 coaching.
Our coaches are trained in injury prevention & rehab – we can adjust your training accordingly.
Most clients train 2-3 times per week, but you can pick a schedule that works for you.
